3/4″ Installation Fee = $2,000.00

TOTAL 3/4″ Water Service Connection (as of 10/1/2025) = $6,500.00

1″ Access Fee on 10/1/2025 = $6,000.00  (on 10/1/2026 = $7,000.00  &  on 10/1/2027 = $8,000.00)

1″ Installation Fee = Milcrofton inspecting the install for $200.00, you would be responsible to hire a contractor to make the wet tap on the water main, provide all the service materials per Milcrofton’s Specifications, and have a contractor perform the labor of the install.

1″ Meter Fee = $560.00

Application Fee = $100.00
