Developer Application:
When taking an existing single parcel in Williamson County and creating 1-3 additional residential lots from the original parcel this Developer Application is to be submitted along with a preliminary plat layout and a $100.00 Developer Application Fee paid per lot for the 1-3 proposed additional lots being platted or newly recorded.
When taking an existing single parcel in Williamson County and creating 4 lots or more, or creating a commercial building site, this Developer Application is to be submitted along with a preliminary plat layout and a $1,500.00 Developer Application Fee for the proposed 4 lots or more being platted or newly recorded.
Getting the applications to us
When complete and signed, you may submit the application and fee of $100.00 per lot (1-3 lots) or $1,500.00 (4 lots or more) in the form of check, cash, or credit card (Master Card, Visa or Discover Card) with the Convenience Fee by one of the following methods:

E-Mail: jason.english@inflodesign.com (Developer Application, Preliminary Plat/Lot Layout in CAD) Then call to pay the Non-Refundable Developer Application Fee with a Credit/Debit Card (Master Card, Visa, or Discover) someone in customer service at (615) 794-5947, mail the check to 6333 Arno Road, Franklin, TN 37064, drop the check off during normal business hours, or drop it off after hours in our night deposit box in the drive thru.
